King of Tokyo: Halloween , also called Collector Pack 1, has two new creatures that can be used in the King of Tokyo base game: Pumpkin Jack and Boogie Woogie. What's more, each creature has its own set of eight Evolution cards – first introduced in King of Tokyo: Power Up! – so each creature can further mutate itself!
King of Tokyo: Halloween also features six orange and black engraved dice (matching the Halloween theme) and twelve new Power cards that are shuffled into the deck. These cards are Costumes, a new type of card that gives a powerful effect, but can be stolen by any creature that rolls three claws and peels a costume from you.
