Rise , you will be responsible for the economic and social development of your city. There are not many limits to your possibilities: on various scales, you will be able to influence how best to meet the needs of your citizens, whether through culture, science or political methods – but everything can only be achieved by respecting the environment and satisfying the population.

The game revolves around ten scales on which you move your markers to gain additional effects and influence. A unique and innovative card mechanic that includes events and tough choices that will change your decisions each round.

After twelve rounds are played, players tally up their points to see who has amassed the most influence in the city.
