The end of the Roman Republic is near, but it will be crowned by the conflict between Caesar and Pompey. Players will command their legions, strategically deploying them on important battlefields in an attempt to control the provinces and become the ruler of the Republic.

Players will draw tokens from the bag to determine their starting forces and replace lost units. They will have to devote their resources to each province, gaining tactical advantages in return for control of the Republic.

Three modules to complement the game are also found in the box. Poison your opponent, use powerful Centurions and nefarious maneuvers to gain the upper hand in the battle for the Roman Republic.
