The Quacks of Quedlinburg: The Herb Witches adds four new item sets to the town of Quedlinburg:

• The Witches – new characters with special abilities that players can use once per game.
• Locoweed is a new ingredient whose value is determined by its properties and is not fixed.
• New ingredient books for every existing ingredient, further increasing their variety.
• Black components for one more player, bringing the maximum number of players to 5.
