Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective: Jack the Ripper & West End Adventures is an add-on to Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective , but it can also be played without the base game. Return to Victorian London to solve ten more challenging cases. The set includes a "London Directory" map, a newspaper archive and 10 files using them.

Six of the cases are stand-alone West End Adventures and four are related to the Jack the Ripper murders.
