The game "Katan" with the addition "Seafarers" is played according to the same rules – players build settlements, roads and cities. Nearby squares yield raw materials, and the number of dice rolled indicates which squares will produce these raw materials. "Sea Travelers" gives players the opportunity to escape from their island home – after building ships, they can be used to travel to other islands. The game is supplemented with new fields, which can be used to lay out complex island systems. The gold stream box is also a novelty. Travelers who are located near the gold stream box can obtain gold and exchange it for the necessary raw materials. For those who like to terrorize their opponents with a raider, a black pirate ship is now available, which instills fear in sailors, preventing them from passing by. With skillful guidance, the pirate will help you be the first to capture any one of Catan's islands, bypassing the enemy ships. But the most important thing is the newly proposed principle – how the game is played within the game. In Seafarers you will find different options to play this game. These options are called scenarios. Each scenario creates a special game atmosphere!
