In Watergate , one player becomes a reporter for the Washington Post and the other plays the Nixon Administration, each with their own unique deck of cards. To win, the Nixon Administration needs to have enough momentum to end the President's term, while the reporter needs to gather enough evidence to tie the two informants directly to the President. Of course, the administration will do everything in its power to hide the evidence and close the story.
