Darkest Doom is a competitive strategy game with RPG elements for 1-4 players. Set in a dark fantasy world inspired by 17th century Europe and populated by anthropomorphic animals.
Can you survive 8 days of Eclipse, Darkness trying to destroy the Betel region, while competing against other Guardians in an attempt to complete one of the four paths to victory?
The Darkest Doom board game puts you in control of one of four powerful Guardians, each with unique abilities and attributes. As you explore the Betel region, you'll be able to exploit each different terrain and take advantage of its unique characteristics. You will raise your Guardian stats by completing missions assigned by Vicar Percival and change your strategies and attitude towards the game depending on what stats you improve. During your explorations, you'll come across ancient relics that will help you fulfill one of four victory conditions. You'll be able to form Alliances with Citadels to gain an advantage over other Guardians and fight the Darkness, which is slowly but surely seeking to destroy the entire region.
