Pandemic Legacy is a co-op ongoing game with a rich and interesting story that unfolds over 12-24 games depending on how well you play. Each month (the gameplay is divided into 12 months) has its own tasks that you must complete. For the first few months, Legacy plays very much like a regular Pandemic, with a team of players made up of epidemic prevention specialists from various fields racing against time to travel around the world, treating sources of disease and finding cures for four deadly diseases before they spread unstoppably. However, after just a few games, Legacy changes irreversibly – cities infected in the first game (marked with a sticker) panic in the second game, maybe even revolt, not letting scientists in, player characters become paranoid during operations in hot spots (trauma sticker is applied), or, especially unsuccessful during an operation, dies (then the card of the improved and maintained character is torn), diseases mutate, tasks change, characters gain new skills, new rules appear (they are pasted into the rulebook)…
