Petrichor is an earthy scent that comes when rain falls on dry land. The word is constructed from the Greek word 'petra' meaning 'stone' and 'ichor', the liquid flowing through the veins of the Greek gods in mythology.
Petrichor is a highly interactive board game for 1-4 people (up to 5 people with expansion). It's an action selection/zone influence game, with 4 simple actions that interact with each other in unusual ways. Players move clouds with water drops and then rain those drops on specific fields to ensure the right amount of water during harvest. During harvest, crops that are watered give points. Players can influence when and how often crops are harvested. Players will need to secure control of the right fields as well as influence the harvest to ensure both things happen at the best time.
