In Tiny Epic Quest , players embark on an open-world adventure. Each player controls three elven heroes on a mission to save the world and the holy mushroom-men from the goblins attacking them.
Each round is divided into two phases: day and night. During the day, players travel far and wide, visiting villages for quests, searching monuments to learn powerful spells, mushroom fields for clues, and dark dungeons for artifacts. Artifacts give heroes unique powers: they can improve heroes' movement, combat abilities, or their ability to learn spells or roll dice.
The heroes must travel by foot, horse, raft, ship, or vulture to get to the places they need to complete their missions – or prepare for the night. Each way of moving is different and limited, so players must think carefully about their movement or way of moving if they want to achieve their goals.
